Scheduling as the main contributor

How can scheduling contribute to reducing stress and burnout in the workplace?

On a team member standpoint, I would be happier if my preferred schedule would be accommodated accordingly by the workforce and the operations team, hence this drives and motivates me to work efficiently, reducing stress and burnout.

On a workforce standpoint, scheduling efficiency is a great help in terms of meeting the KPIs, business wise, it is a win win for both operations and clients, reducing stress and burnout, too.
