Managing Occupancy targets vs service level targets

Aside from load balancing, are there any other ways we can do to manage OCC without compromising SL?

When you have higher call volume it will definitely lead you to high OCC , we can ask for more OT to cover SL and save OCC as well, but I do think there is no such thing as a perfect world you know. Most of the time when you have high OCC, you definitely have low SL, higher SL means lower OCC.
