Lessen Overtime

Over and under from staffing can only be achieved by asking team members to work overtime however paying OTs can sometimes be expensive for the clients. From a workforce standpoint, how do we lessen or avoid OT requirements?

Best advice could be to maximize the staffing we have, if OPS can agree on adjusting their breaks and lunches, cutting out those preplanned pull outs if not necessary just to utilize those available overages will be helpful enough to cover those gaps then if there will still be not enough staffing to cover, I believe we have no choice to solicit OT, well at least we were able to maximize the available staffing we have before asking for additional heads.
