Incorrect assumptions used due to incorrect HC (can be due to late reports of terms) or incorrect assumptions used due to late coding or non-coding of exceptions. Should we transfer the coding of exceptions (like tardiness or absenteeism) to the operations team since they could do the task real-time?
I would not recommend letting the Operations team handle the coding of schedule exceptions. It can impact the integrity of data.
Same here but then again we can start up a meeting to confirm the correct staffing they have before proceeding on generating forecast / schedules.
